Official day

Today is my first OFFICIAL day to stop making excuses. Yep you guessed it! I have filled out my 90 days of P90x calendar, and this time no breaks no excuses, its all or nothing. To help me get through these 90days guilt free i have decided to post my work out +times, and everything i eat on my blog. So i guess this blog will become some what of a journal log from now till end of 90 days. I'm really excited!! :)

7:00am - woke up
7:05am - popped a caffeine just to get me going
7:20-8:15 - Cardio X (the best i could)
8:50am - Protein Shake with 2% milk (reg sized cup/mug)
11:00am - salad (greens, tomato, cheese, balsamic vinegar dressing, and croutons)
1:00pm - Art History Exam
2:30pm - Protein Shake with 2% milk (reg sized cup/mug)
3:00-5:00pm - core synergistic (the best i can)
7:00pm - salad (same)

yep that's the plan whatever i eat in between ill FORCE my self to add, so i can feel guilty lol, but ima try my best to stay strong!!
Anyways I have an Art history exam today, so i should get studding :)

Oh i weighed myself this morning, and i am:
which i was pretty impressed about, not to long ago, just about a month ago i was 165ish. YAY to me!! (even though it took me like 2 months to loose 8lbs, i guess that's healthy...)

Bust: 38''
Chest: 37''
Waist: 31''
Hips: 40''
Right thigh: 24''
Left thigh: 24.3''
Right arm: 13.3''
Left arm: 13.1''

I did kinda round, but I'm expecting to loose like 2 inches everywhere, so I'm sure it wont matter and ill be able to see a difference in whole numbers with in my 90days.

I thought long and hard about it, and i guess i would say, i don't think I'm fat... but i don't think my body really says much about my character right now. I want people to see me and know that i am health conscious. Most of all i think i just wanna prove to myself and others that i am capable of being a grown up and getting my shit together... lol

YAY to me and YAY to today!! :)
Total force field of positive energy. Lets forget about the past and look forward to a hard working over achieving future!!

Oh and i did some research...
I used two different BMI websites, both said almost the same thing so ima go with it
For one my BMI was 26.1
to be considered healthy i should be any where from 18.5 to 24.9 9which i guess im not too far off if thats even accurate. My ideal body weight says i should be 126, which to me sounds really small... and it says for me to be lean i should be 107 (TINY)
The other website says my BMI is somewhere around 26, and i should be somewhere around 24... and 142-148lbs to be healthy, which sounds more reasonable to me for 90days worth of results.
