Day 10...
I think i am doing a decent job, but i do feel like i am starving more than i should, and sick in the mornings i need to take up my calorie intake... most deff.
Today seems like a boring day, i think i am going to do a round of cardio X and then my reg arms shoulders X video, get in that extra cardio... I really should start jogging, im way to lazy, i have been punching that punching bag though... BLAH!!
I couldnt sleep last night... today im not in a good mood either...
Im expecting unrealisic results, they are really bogging me down.
Loosing weight is REALLY challenging... I have to maintain my composure, i WILL NOT break!
