Results?
I think i lost like 2lbs, maybe more, i didn't really weigh myself before i started, well no i did, i was like 163-165 ish and now the scale reads 157-160ish so i guess i lost between 2-3lbs, not bad for the first week.
Today i plan to drink protein shake in the morning, work out in the morning, go get mogli, come back drop off Minas stuff, go to wal mart, get salad and make a new diet:
EVERYDAY:
Protien in the morning (shake)
Appel for snack
Salad +dressing + 10 crutons
Almonds or another fruit for snack
and then Salad for dinner
G. right!? hell yeah
I want to see MAX results
although i know ill get bored eating the same thing everyday, ill allow a day or two to have pasta and other foods too, keep it a little bit varied, sometimes have sandwhiches.
I WANT THIS REALLY BAD.
